Refunds and Cancellation Policy

Refunds Policy

The course curriculum of Little Guru are available in 2 different variants of subscription packages - a) Monthly, b) Yearly.
We understand that situations and requirements may change, leading to need to delay, cancel or end your subscription with us ahead of time. Refund request will only be deemed valid if it is submitted within 3 days of the subscription purchase. Please be considerate that processing a refund may require 10 to 15 working days.

Certain restrictions may apply and some purchases may only be eligible for credit refunds.

How to submit a refund request

Additional reasons for denied refunds
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to limit or deny refund requests in cases where we believe there is refund abuse, including but not limited to the following:
  1. A significant portion of the course has been consumed or downloaded by a student before the refund was requested.
  2. Multiple refunds have been requested by a student for the same course.
  3. Excessive refunds have been requested by a student.

Users who have their account banned or course access disabled due to a violation of our Guidelines will not be eligible to receive a refund. We do not grant refunds for any subscription services.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your Little Guru subscription at any time after the course has started. You'll have access to the course until the end of your current billing cycle, at which time your subscription will not renew.
